Study on H_2O2 Oxygenation Rectify of Konjac Glucomannan and its Rheology Character
LI Bin,XIE Bi jun (Department of Food Science and Technology ,Huazhong Agricultural University,Wuhan 430070,China)Oxygenation rectify to konjac glucomannan with H 2O 2,discussed the influence to reaction of different ratio of konjac glucomannan and liquid,pH,temperature,quantity of H 2O 2 and reaction time.The optimal reaction condition is ratio of konjac glucomannan and liquid 1∶4,pH 7.5,temperature 45℃,quantity of H 2O 2 2.4% and reaction time 4 h.Non-Newton action recede prominence of hydrosol of rectify konjac glucomanan,hydrosol stability of viscidity and pH has improved greatly.
Progress in Preparation of Nano-silica

The new technologies such as sol-gel method, reversed microemulsion method, rotating packed bed and the characters of these methods are introduced. At last, the paper forecasts the application fields of nano-silica.
Research on the Chemical Compositions and Volatile Oil of Batryticated Silkworms
LI Dong-sheng, WANG Jin-hua, HU Zhen, LI Yi-qun (Department of Bioengineering, Hubei Polytechnic University, Wuhan 430068, China)This paper has discussed the contents of protein, sugar, lipid, water and ash in Chinese medicine batryticated silkworms. They are 64.73%, 8.26%, 4.14%, 11.75% and 3.47%, respectively. The volatile oils are isolated from batryticated silkworms, silkworm larva and mulberry leaves by water, and analyzed with GC/MS. There are significant differences in their chemical components. Fifty-six components are the same in all the oils. 5,6-Dihydro-2,4,6-trimethyl-4H-1,3,5-dithiazine (MW 163) is the most high content both in batryticated silkworms and silkworm larva. The most one of mulberry leaves is 3,7,11,15-tetramethyl-2-hexadecen-1-ol(MW296).

Synthesis and Characterization of Graphene by Improved Hummers Method
HONG Fei,ZHOU Li-qun,HUANG Ying,SONG He-juan,WANG Ting,LUO Xin-ru,WU Zhen(College of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering,Hubei University,Wuhan 430062,China)Based on the improved Hummers method,the precusor graphite oxide(GO) was synthesized from flake graphite,and then graphene was prepared by using sodium borohydride as reductant.Graphite oxide and graphene were characterized by FTIR,XRD,TEM and SEM.The results showed that graphite oxide was high in oxidation degree and contained various oxygen functional groups such as-OH,-COOH,C-O-C,and graphene had two-dimensional nano-flake structure with curly edge.

Ecological Characters and Application of Thiobacillus Denitrificans

No.2 Oil Production Factory,Henan Oilfield,Nanyang 473400,China)This paper presented a review on the ecological characters and suitable growth conditions of T.denitrificans. It narrated T.denitrificans's status and function in the earthly elementary cycle. When nitrate and phosphate were added to low reservoir, T.denitrificans would be activated and propagate in quantity, so it could reduce the produce of H_2S and restrain corrosion. Bioreactor in which sulphur was electronic donor and limestone was carbon source was used to remove nitrate from groundwater, the result showed nitrate removal efficiency reached over 98 percent, but it could increase concentration of SO2-4 and rigidity. Sulfur autotrophic and other denitrification integrated process could overcome the imperfection. T.denitrificans could be used to remove H_2S from natural gas in alkaline circumstance and the efficiency was well.
Study on Modified Fly Ash for Oil-Containing Wastewater Treatment

Among several kinds of modified fly ash, the best result was produced in the condition of the treatment with 10% AlCl 3 and FeCl 3 .Meanwhile the modified fly ash having the best result was used to treat the oil-containing wastewater and its isothermal-equation was also studied .The results showed, under the optimum condition:the room temperature,pH 10,reaction time 30 min, and mass proportion to water 1∶10, the highest removal rate reached 96-36% and oil concentration was 9-3 mg·L -1 ,which was up to the national first degree standard.
Development of Extraction Technology Research of Salt Lake Lithium Resources in China
WU Hui,ZHANG Ke-da,WU Jie,LI Ke,LEI Jia-heng(Applied Chemistry of Science College,Wuhan University of Technology,Wuhan 430070,China)Salt lake lithium resources of China mainly exist in Qinghai-Tibet plateau,their hydrochemical types include carbonate type and sulfate type.The present paper highlights the general situation of salt lake lithium resources and their extraction technology and industrialized status in China ,with emphasis on the methods for extraction,such as the precipitation method,extraction method, ion exchange and absorption method ,and selective membrane method.In addition,the problems in development of the lithium mineral resources of Qaidam Basin of Qinghai Province and the Zhabuye salt lake of Tibet are discussed.It is proposed that resource dominance should be combined with green economy during the development of lithium production from salt lake brine,to make the industry of our lithium mineral extraction become the model of mineral extraction industry of new pattern.
