Research Progress in Characteristic and Application of Sphingomonas
ZHANG Ying;YANG Yue;WEI Qinghui;ZHAO Min;Sphingomonas is a new genus re-isolated from Pseudomonas in recent years, which has a unique lipopolysaccharide structure.In view of the characteristics of fast reproduction, high efficiency, saving time and effort, and non-pollution, Sphingomonas can grow under high oxygen-poor and harsh conditions, and has been widely used in the degradation of macromolecules, such as polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, petroleum, azo dyes, chlorinated phenols, pesticides, herbicides, and the industrial production of biomass carotenoids and bio-glues.In this paper, we review the application and research progress of Sphingomonas from the following aspects: in the degradation of environmental pollutants, anti-oxidative aging, and interaction with plants.Sphingomonas has the market value of being developed as microbial agents.

Content Determination of Total Flavonoids from Paulownia Flos
LV Tingting;YANG Zhihua;XIE Qi;YE Pianpian;TAO Juan;LIU Xu;Using rutin as a reference substance,we compared absorption characteristics of total flavonoids from Paulownia Flos between NaNO2-Al(NO3)3-NaOH chromogenic system and AlCl3 chromogenic system,chose an appropriate method for the determination of total flavonoids from Paulownia Flos,and verified the method.Moreover,we optimized coloration time by orthogonal experiments on the basis of single-factor experiments.The results show that NaNO2-Al(NO3)3-NaOH chromogenic system is more suitable for the determination of total flavonoids from Paulownia Flos with the adding standard recovery of 99.2%-105.5% and RSD of 2.18%,and the repeatability,precision,stability,and accuracy are all good.The optimized coloration time of NaNO2,Al(NO3)3,and NaOH are 6 min,6 min,and 10 min,respectively.Under above conditions,the average content of total flavonoids from Paulownia Flos is 3.78%,and the RSD is 2.05%.The optimized NaNO2-Al(NO3)3-NaOH chromogenic method is simple,rapid,and accurate,and can be used as a method for the determination of total flavonoids from Paulownia Flos.
Research Progress in Polymeric Micelle Drug-Loading System
LI Yuan-yuan;SUN Xiang-ke;LI Wei;CHEN Zuo-sheng;SU Feng;SONG Yi-min;Amphiphilic block copolymers can form polymeric micelles through self-assembly in aqueous solution,in which the hydrophobic blocks constitute the core of micelle which allows to encapsulate hydrophobic drugs,while the hydrophilic blocks constitute the shell of micelle which benefits the stability of micelle and long circulation in the bloodstream. Polymeric micelles have been widely studied as drug carriers,and some of them have entered the stages of clinical trials and application. We summarize the characteristics of polymeric micelles,and introduce the composition of polymeric micelles,the preparation methods of drug-loading micelles,and examples of polymeric micelles as drug delivery systems.Finally,we prospect the research direction of polymeric micelle drug-loading system in the future.
Application Progress of Network Pharmacology in Study of Pharmacodynamic Substance Basis, Action Mechanism, and Toxicity of Aconitum Traditional Chinese Medicine
YANG Mei;DILIXIATI Dilimeiheri;ZHAO Feicui;Affiliated Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University;Aconitum traditional Chinese medicine is effective in the treatment of difficult and miscellaneous diseases such as tumor, rheumatism, and sciatica.In the modernization process of traditional Chinese medicine, a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the scientific connotation of Aconitum traditional Chinese medicine is a major task for Chinese medicine researchers.Network pharmacology is consistent with the overall concept of traditional Chinese medicine, which has been introduced into the study of traditional Chinese medicine by many researchers.In this paper, we summarize the common databases, analysis platforms, and software of network pharmacology, and review the application of network pharmacology in the study of pharmacodynamic substance basis, action mechanism of antitumor, anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and toxicity of Aconitum traditional Chinese medicine, which provides a certain reference for the research of Aconitum traditional Chinese medicine.
Advances in the Preparation and Applications of Graphene Nanocomposites

Brief Analysis of Deduction of Langmuir Adsorption Isotherm
YAO Chen-xi;YANG Chun-xin;ZHOU Cheng-long;We presented three classical deduction methods of Langmuir adsorption isotherm,namely,adsorption kinetics,adsorption thermodynamics,and De Boen adsorption theory. Moreover,we mainly put forward a new deduction method——chemical reaction analogism,which introduced an adjustable parameter ν1. Through the change of ν1,the deduced adsorption isotherm can describe monolayer adsorption as well as multimolecular layer adsorption. When ν1 is in different ranges,the shape of adsorption isotherm curve is the same as that of type Ⅰ,Ⅲ,and Ⅴ adsorption isotherms.We summarized and compared the core mechanisms of these deduction methods,and explored the substantive characteristics of gas-solid adsorption.
Advances of Research on Synthesis of Ionic Liquids and Its Application
