Abstract:

The distribution ,biosynthesis,properties, pharmaceutical activity,the extraction and purifying technology and applied prospect of chlorogenic acid were reviewed in this paper, which tried to provide references for the research of chlorogenic acid, and the production of the medicines comprising chlorogenic acids as well.
