Abstract:

The immobilized enzymes have been widely applied in many fields for their more advantages than free enzyme,especially for their stability and reusability.At present,immobilization technologies of enzyme have obtained wonderful development.The research of immobilized enzyme will be a very important development field in the enzyme engineering in the future.In this article,various conventional and new methods for preparation of immobilized enzyme are introduced. At the same time,the immobilization of enzyme on some carriers with excellent properties are reviewed.
