A novel extraction process of alkaloids from Capsella bursa-pastoris by ultrasonic treatment was tested.The effects of extractants,solid liquid ratio,extraction time and temperature,ultrasonic power on extraction efficiency were studied.The optimum extracting conditions of alkaloids were investigated by using orthogonal experimental design.The results were as follows:ethanol volume fraction 70%,solid liquid ratio 1∶10,extraction time 10 min,temperature 50℃,ultrasonic power(160 W).
