Submission Guidelines for "Chemistry ＆ Bioengineering"

          I. Manuscript Format Requirements

(1) This journal strictly adheres to the relevant national standards and norms. All submitted manuscripts should be written in accordance with the current national standards and norms.

(2) To ensure that your manuscript reaches our editorial department safely and to make your contact information(such as phone number and address) more accurate and complete, please log in to the website of "Chemistry ＆Bioengineering" at www.hxyswgc.com and hbhg.cbpt.cnki.net for online submission, inquiry, and consultation. Your manuscript will be sent to the "Online Manuscript Processing System" immediately.

(3) The manuscript should indicate the mailing address, organization, postal code, phone number, etc., and attach the author's (first author) profile: name (year of birth－), gender, native place, professional title, educational background, main work experience, and research direction.

(4) For articles funded by projects, please indicate the funding situation of the project that produced this paper, including the project number.

(5) The manuscript must have a Chinese abstract(300 words) and 3−8 keywords, and translate the title, author and organization, abstract and keywords, table titles, and figure titles into English.

(6) The physical quantities(variables) and units used in the article must comply with the legally defined units of the national standards and be expressed using international symbols.

(7) The selection of references should be the most important and publicly published ones, arranged in the order of appearance in the text, with no more than 25 entries. They should be recorded in the following format:

a. Monograph[Number] Author. Title[M]. Edition. Place of Publication: Publisher, Year: Start and End Pages.

b. Conference Proceedings[Number] Editor. Title of the Conference [C]. Place of Publication: Publisher, Year: Start and End Pages.

c. Journal Article[Number] Author. Title[J]. Other Responsible Persons(Translators). Title of the Journal(Full Name, No Abbreviation of Journal Name), Year, Volume (Issue): Start and End Pages.

d. Newspaper Article[Number] Author. Title[N]. Name of the Newspaper, Year-Month-Day(Edition).

e. Dissertation[Number] Author. Title[D]. Place of Preservation: Preserver, Year.

f. Report[Number] Author. Title[R]. Place of Preservation: Preserver, Year.

g. Patent Literature[Number] Patent Owner. Title of the Patent[P]. Country of Patent: Patent Number, Publication Date(Year-Month-Day).

h. Technical Standard[Number] Standard Number, Standard Name [S].

i. Electronic Literature[Number] Author. Title[Electronic Literature and Carrier Type Identifier]. Source or Access Address, Publication Date/Reprint Date(Optional).

j. Various Undefined Types of Literature[Number] Author. Literature Title[Z]. Place of Publication: Publisher, Year.

k. If there are more than three authors, list the first three names and add "et al."; when recording foreigner's names, use the format of "last name, first name".

II. Notes

(1) To adapt to the needs of China's informatization construction and expand the channels for knowledge information exchange between the journal and authors, this journal has obtained permission to reproduce, compile, distribute, and disseminate the full text of this journal in digital form through "China Academic Journals Network Publishing Database", "China Academic Journals(CD-ROM Version)" Electronic Publishing House, China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI) Series Databases, "Wanfang Data－Digital Periodicals", "China Science and Technology Journal Database(Full Text Edition)", and Superstar Domain Publishing Platform. The author's copyright usage fee will be paid to the journal once. If the author does not agree that the paper is included, please declare it to the journal when submitting the manuscript. We will handle the matter accordingly.

(2) The author is solely responsible for the content of the manuscript. Do not submit the same manuscript to multiple journals. If no acceptance notice is received from the editorial department within 3 months after the submission of the manuscript, the author can handle it independently.

(3) Once the manuscript is published, it is considered to have the exclusive right of publication. Exceptions apply if there are other agreements. The journal will send the author the current issue of the journal as a gift after the publication of the manuscript.

(4) If your manuscript is accepted, a publication fee will be charged on a case-by-case basis.
